Notice of Application for a new Premises Licence We Loungers Ltd have made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence at the following premises Cosy Club, 19-22 Fossgate, York, YO1 9TA. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than 13th May 2016. Summary of the Proposed Licensable Actives: To permit the on sale of alcohol from 10.00 hrs until 23.30 hrs Sunday to Wednesday and 10.00 hrs until midnight Thursday to Saturday and 10.00 to 01.00 hrs (following day) on New Year’s Eve. Late night refreshment until midnight Sunday to Wednesday and 00.30 hrs Thursday to Saturday and 01.30 hrs (following day) on New Year’s Eve, all as specified in the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a new premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
