PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an applica­tion was made to the City Of York Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 10th May 2016. Applicant: Martin Mccoll Limited. Address of premises: McColls, 45 Crichton Avenue, York, YO30 6EF Proposed variation to the licensable activities: To remove the seasonal restrictions on the Sale of Alcohol hours, extend the Sale of Alcohol hours to 06:00 hours to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday for consumption off the premises and remove all outdated embedded restrictions.
