Notice of application to vary a PremisesLicence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Cote Restaurants Li mited have appli ed to City of York Council for variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Cote, 49-51 Low Petergate,York,YO1 7HT. The proposed variation is: 1.To vary the premises licence to permit the sale and supply of alcohol both on and off the premises. 2. The addition of the following conditions following consultation with the Police: "Sales of alcohol for consumption off the premises shall be in sealed containers only and supplied with
and ancillary to a takeaway meal. "Any on-line sales will be either undertaken by a third party company or the Premises Licence Holder. The Personal Licence Holder will ensure that such third party company or him/herself, will have a robust age verification policy in place to ensure no underage sales take place on line." Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, York City Council, Licensing Services, Hazel Court Eco Depot,James Street,YOI0 3DS no later than 17th June 2016 stating the grounds for representation.The register of City of York Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website-www.york.gov.uk
