SELBY DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following are Departures from the Development Plan. Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Selby District Council in respect of the following proposals:
A. Refurbishment of the restaurant and patio area, including 3no. extensions, totalling 106.88 square metres, installation of an additional drive through booth and associated works to the site. Changes to the elevations, inclusive of new cladding to roof at McDonalds Restaurant, Tadcaster Road, Bilbrough by McDonald's Restaurants Ltd. Ref: 2016/0397/FUL.

B. Installation of 5No. new internally illuminated fascia signs and the relocation of 3no existing internally illuminated fascia signs at McDonalds Restaurant, Tadcaster Road, Bilbrough by McDonald's Restaurants Ltd. Ref: 2016/0398/ADV.

Applications can also be viewed using the authority's 'PublicAccess' website at www. selby.gov.uk. Please note that on Wednesdays Access Selby will not open until 10.00am to allow for staff training. Any person who wishes to make representations to the District Council about the applications should do so in writing during the period of twenty-one days beginning with the date of publication of this notice to the address below.
