Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Carluccio's Limited has applied to City ofYork Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Carluccio's, 3-5 St Helen's Square, York, YO1 8QN. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: late night refreshment 23:00 to 00:00; sale of alcohol 08:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. The premises will open 08:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing AuthorityYork City Council, Licensing Services, Hazel Court Eco Depot, James Street, YO10 3DS no later than 21st June 2016 stating the grounds for representation.The register of City of York Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.york.gov.uk
