LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 SCHEDULE 3 APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT RENEWAL SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

Address of Premises: 3-5 Toft Green, York, YO1 6JT. I Paul Sinclair of Tokyo Industries hereby give notice that I have applied to City Of York Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a : Sex Entertainment Venue. Any persons wishing to make objections to the application should make it in writing to City of York Council, Licensing Section, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. The grounds of the objection must be stated in general terms. Any objection must be received by City of York Council no later then 21st July 2016 being a 28 day period from the date of the application.
