Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Services) Limited has applied in respect of the Windmill Inn, 14-16 Blossom Street,York YO24 1AJ for a variation to the premises licence under the LicensingAct 2003 to allow for: 1. Extension of the opening hours until 8:00h daily for non-licensable activity only in order to serve breakfast in the mornings. 2.Addition of the following condition to the non-standard timings section of the prem­ises licence: "Between the hours of 09:00h and 10:00h when race meet­ings are held at York Racecourse, alcohol sales will be permitted onlyif ancillary to the sale of food". Representations to this application must be made in writing by 15 August 2016, to the City of York Council licensing Authority at Licensing and Regulation City of York Council Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street YorkYO10 3DS where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between during office hours and/or at www.york.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this appli­cation.
