Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than 22/08/16, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made Proposed Licensable Activities, Provision of regulated entertainment,Recorded Music – Mon-Sun 11:00–0:00, Provision of Late Night Refreshment – Mon to Sun 11:00 – 0:00, Supply of Alcohol, Mon - Sun 11.00 to 00.00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
