PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the trustees of the Pension and Benefits Services Limited Pension Scheme (the "Scheme") are in the process of formally winding up the Scheme. The Trustees are in the process of corresponding by post with all known members of the Scheme. Any persons who are members of the Scheme and who have not been contacted are required to send particulars in writing of their claims to the Trustees of the Pension and Benefit Services Limited Pension Scheme, c/o 20-20 Trustees Limited, Albion Wharf, Albion Street, Manchester M1 5LN, before 30 October 2016. After this date the Trustee will proceed with the completion of the wind up of the Scheme. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice. If you have received a communication from the Trustee regarding the Scheme, you do not need to respond to this notice.
