TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA Application Number: NY/2016/0117/FUL
Proposed development at Alne Primary School, Main Street, Alne, YO61 1RT.
I give notice that Alne CP School is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for construction of single storey timber library building (25.25 sq. metres).
The part of Alne within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 9 November 2016. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
