B. Reserved matters application relating to access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of approval 2015/0163/OUT Proposed outline application with

all matters reserved for the erection of two dwellings including demolition of existing buildings on land adjacent to Field House, School Lane, Bolton Percy by Musgrave, Woffinden & Musgrave. Ref: 2016/1196/REM.
