YORK Vale Cricket League are celebrating 25 years of sponsorship from HPH.
To commemorate the milestone, league chairman Shane Hargrave presented a framed print of a village cricket scene by eminent watercolour artist Terry Harrison to Robert Woolley and Charles Walker of the accountancy firm.
The partnership is believed to be one of the longest running sponsorships of local sport anywhere in the country.
Woolley, a partner with HPH, said: “We are delighted to support a cricket league with a long and successful tradition of providing cricket in many of the communities we serve.”
With offices in York and Harrogate, HPH works with a wide range of clients across Yorkshire, UK and the world, from private individuals to businesses and not-for-profit organisations. The firm also has expertise in a number of other specialist sectors, including charities, farming businesses, professional practices and the medical profession.
