RECRUITMENT agency WorkwithYork (WwY) and WorkwithSchools are owned by City of York Council and pay a dividend out of its profits to the council to help support local services.

WwY recruit staff in sectors such as customer service, manual work, finance, IT, project management and a range of professional roles.
Last year it filled more than 1,300 temporary jobs and its temporary staff worked nearly 440,000 hours for clients. More recently, it expanded into permanent recruitment.
The WorkwithSchools brand focuses on education, providing more than 200 supply staff for nurseries, schools and colleges During the last three academic terms more than 88,600 hours have been worked by its primary and secondary supply teachers, teaching and special needs assistants, administrative and facilities staff.
