In the eight years since Extreme Creations of Harrogate started not a single employee has left.

That speaks volumes about the energy of this online marketing firm and goes a long way to explaining why its founder managing director, Anthony Prince, is pitching for both the Small Business Of The Year and Best Science and Technology Business titles in The Press Business Awards 2010.

In those eight years it expanded into larger premises four times, with ten staff now working at the Evans Business Centre in Hartwith Way, helping the firm attain record growth so far in 2010.

Antony, made redundant from his web design job in 2002, launched the enterprise from his spare room, designing websites for firms in the Harrogate area.

Today, the company has an international reach, with a client list that includes household names such as BIC Razors and TippEx and Yorkshire brands such as Black Sheep Brewery and the National Railway Museum.

Antony says technological developments have helped the firm keep its ten-year plan on track – to boost its team to 25 and its turnover to £1.5 million by 2015.
