ELLIOTT Chandler founded Clearwave Enterprise Solutions on the three core values of trust, honesty and integrity, he said.
Initially a one-man band building and repairing computers and associated equipment for small businesses and the general public, Elliott sought the services of a business mentor and today employs five people.
After reviewing the business and engaging in more networking, Clearwave has increased profitability and employed additional experienced staff to help the business continue to expand. During the last quarter of 2011, the business employed an apprentice and marketing person, which was already paying dividends with an improved customer query turnaround and an increased awareness of the company, its website, and its products in the marketplace through various types of promotion, said Elliott.
After increasing turnover by 312 per cent over its four years trading, the business now hopes to appear at The Press Business Awards 2012, entering the Small Business Of The Year and Growth Business Of The Year categories.
Elliott said: “We believe the reason for this success and our continued market share growth through these last few challenging years is our passion to help, our three core values, and our commitment to deliver business efficiencies through the effective use of modern technology.”
