ESTATE agent William H Brown has expanded its York team after experiencing increased business levels in both sales and lettings.
It has a new branch manager, Kevin Coundon, who joins after 18 months developing William H Brown’s Haxby branch. Sarah Stabler, who has experience with a number of large independent agents in the city, has been appointed residential sales manager.
Senior sales negotiator Carol Newbury, who has previously run her own estate agency, has also joined the team.
Mr Coundon said: “These three new appointments of very experienced local people reflect the company’s confidence in the York property market. Our recently established lettings department has already proved very successful and we have exciting plans to expand our business both in terms of people and the area we cover.”
