YORK property consultant HPC, which provides advice to the care sector, has been shortlisted in the national Health Investor Awards.
The independent company, based at York Business Park in Nether Poppleton, has been shortlisted in the category of Property Consultant Of The Year – Capital Markets. Other big names at the awards include Knight Frank, Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills.
The company said the awards recognised HPC’s innovation in providing advisory services in the often complex social-care sector.
Directors Ian Wilkie and Nigel Newton Taylor established HPC in 2009.
Mr Newton Taylor said: “This recognition demonstrates that there is demand for high-quality advice from experienced, independent companies such as HPC.
“We are especially pleased to have made the short list for the fourth year in succession, which recognises our strength in depth in both the transactional and advisory arenas.”
The awards will be in London in June.
