A YORK business park is almost fully occupied following the completion of three new letting deals.
Only one unit now remains vacant at Yorvale Business Park’s Hazel Court.
Moving into the park, in James Street, are Choc Affair, which has taken the park’s largest unit, Get Cycling and the Waggy Dog Creche.
Miles Lawrence of Lawrence Hannah, joint marketing agents for Yorvale Business Park, said: “To complete three lettings in the challenging commercial property market is a resounding endorsement of this quality business park. We have always had confidence in the park and these deals prove we were right.”
“James Street has always been a popular location, with easy access to the York Ring Road, via Hull Road, and to the city centre. It is now a hive of economic activity, with Yorvale Business Park at its heart.”
Other tenants at the park are Rothwell Electrical Services, TSL Electrical & Data Services and Fibrenet Electrical.
Matthew Cormack, director of Yorvale Investments, the developers of Yorvale Business Park, said: “We bought the vacant site from the City of York Council in 2008 and built the park the following year. We were confident that the scheme would be successful because of the shortage of modern industrial accommodation in the city.”
