ESCRICK’S business park has welcomed a new tenant as architectural consultants Hay Associates relocated its headquarters.
The business has acquired a two-year lease of a unit at The Holmes in Skipwith, part of the Escrick Park Estate between York and Selby, which has been owned and managed by the Forbes Adam family for the past 300 years.
Mike Hay, director of Hay Associates, said: “Due to a period of outstanding growth, Hay Associates, is pleased to announce the expansion and relocation of its headquarters from this month. The move is more than just a change of address, it is the start of a new chapter in our history.
“Relocating in the Escrick Park Estate is an important step in our plans, with the new office providing the space and facilities to support our growth strategy.
“2013 was a highly successful year having seen us pick up several design awards and signing key clients and we now need more space for our expanding team.
“Our new home from 2014 will provide the right environment for our team to thrive.”
