A YORK law firm has been enlisted by the Property Care Association to launch a new national helpline service.
Lupton Fawcett Denision Till has joined forces with the PCA, which is the trade body for the structural waterproofing, wood preservation, damp proofing, flood recovery, structural maintenance and invasive weed control sectors, to run the service in England in Wales.
Steve Hodgson, PCA chief executive, said: “The Legal Helpline will be manned by a team of dedicated solicitors who can draw on a wealth of expert knowledge during the initial consultation and will be able to indicate whether further legal help is necessary.”
Simon Lockley, a director at Lupton Fawcett Denison Till, with offices in York, Leeds and Sheffield, said: “I am delighted Lupton Fawcett Denison Till will be providing legal support and advice to PCA members.”
