GROWING demand for award winning beer brewed at a business on the Yorkshire Coast has seen the creation of a new job.
Hunmanby-based microbrewery Wold Top Brewery has recruited Tom Cooper to help with the running of the bottling line, joining the 15 strong team at the brewery.
Mr Cooper, 34, married his wife Leila Cooper, at Hunmanby Grange, the home to Wold Top Brewery, in July 2012.
He said: "It is a really exciting time to join the brewery and I'm really enjoying being a part of the team."
Brewery operations manager Alex Balchin is equally happy and said: "Tom has fitted in brilliantly and has made a valuable contribution in only a short space of time."
Farm based Wold Top Brewery is part of the Higher Level Stewardship (HLS) scheme for environmental initiatives and is also working closely with the RSPB to promote its birdlife.
It brews real ale from home and Wolds grown malting barley, hops and chalk-filtered water from the farm's own borehole.
