The £10 million-turnover Spear Travels, of Boroughbridge, has bought up Fordy Travel, of Northallerton, for an undisclosed sum.
It brings the number of Spear Travels agencies, including branches in Essex and Staffordshire, to four.
Spear Travels has taken on all three staff from the agency following the retirement of Fordy's managing director, David Fordy, and sales director Susan Greenwell.
