AN EAST Yorkshire company has completed a major reurbishment for one of the country's biggest construction concerns.

Chameleon Business Interiors, of Howden, worked for the Gelder Group in Lincolnshire on a project which involved fitting out the 17 new offices and meeting rooms in the group's £650,000 office extension, stores and garage facility.

The work included everything from interior design to the selection and installation of all of the new furniture.

Shaun Watts, managing director of Chameleon, said: "We were commissioned to carry out this major project as part of an ongoing expansion by the Gelder Group, and the real work started with interior design, which specified a great deal of flexibility for future expansion."

Chameleon's completion of this development follows its furnishing of a new building at The Royal London Hospital, and also the new Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh.

The company has the much coveted status of a preferred supplier to the National Health Service in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
