TWO York property firms have merged in a deal creating an agency with more than 30-years combined experience.
Colenso Property Services LLP, the property management specialist which deals with more than £150 million worth of assets, has merged with agency Reeves & Co.
Reeves & Co has been trading for more than 18 years and was based at Monks Cross, while Colenso Property Services was formed in 2005 as part of York headquartered property investment company The Helmsley Group.
The new partnership will operates as Colenso, working with a team of 12 staff from Colenso House in Monks Cross to continue to service and grow the Colenso property management and agency business across Yorkshire and the UK.
Charles Harrison, head of Property Management at Colenso said: “This is an exciting time for Colenso, as we look to continue moving forward on recent growth across our management and agency portfolio.”
Colenso manages more than £150 million worth of property throughout the UK, with tenants such as Virgin, Boots, Nike, Oxfam and Lloyds TSB.
