JOURNALIST and broadcaster Liz Green has advised North Yorkshire businesswomen at an event for the Forward Ladies networking group in Harrogate this week.
Ms Green spoke on Empowering Women, focusing on how to take centre stage and hold an audience, whether at a conference, at work or with colleagues.
The capacity audience at Hotel du Vin was welcomed by Kathryn McCormick, of McCormicks solicitors.
Forward Ladies has a membership of 3,000 women from across the region and is designed to provide opportunities for women from all backgrounds to build personal and professional relationships.
