The Jinnah restaurant in Harrogate reopens this weekend after a £250,000 rebuild.
It takes the Jinnah Group's overall investment in premises last month to £2 million.
The refurbishment comes hot on the heels of its £1.5 million acquisition of the Beechwood Close Hotel, in York.
Hundreds of thousands of pounds have been spent remodelling the Harrogate restaurant's ceiling and constructing an oak floor, which complements the historic framework.
The effect has been to create a lavish dining experience within the former Wesleyan Sunday School, which has seating for 135.
Owner Saleem Akhtar said: "We have always known we have a gem of a building at our disposal, but we have now had the opportunity to spend the money. It deserves to become the most opulent Asian restaurant in Harrogate."
Founded in 1981, the family-run Jinnah chain has continued to be run by Bradford-based Akhtar brothers who now boast seven restaurants and six takeaway outlets in Yorkshire.
The Harrogate restaurant originally opened in 2003.
Restaurant manager, Sakander Zeb said: "We have had to work harder to make sure the venue is state of the art and we have the best product, while maintaining reasonable prices."
