A NEW home for Blacks outdoor equipment store opens at Monks Cross Shopping Park, Huntington, on Thursday.
The store has moved 150 yards from its previous larger premises in the park in order to change it into a “concept store”, like the one it has in St Helen’s Square in York city centre.
About 20 staff have moved across the shopping park and another ten will be recruited by the time the store holds a full public celebration on Saturday.
It will include an all-day “have a go” portable climbing wall, balloons and bunting.
