FOOD producers’ organisation deliciouslyorkshire will be hosting a three-day specialist market with 24 regional food producers, at York Easter Market, in St Sampson’s Square, from tomorrow.

John Hendy, deliciouslyorkshire’s commercial director, said: “We always find that the Easter market is an excellent opportunity for producers to showcase their products, interact with consumers and receive feedback on new products which they are trialling. As ever, we are proud to bring our region’s finest food producers to such a busy and popular event.”

This year, several companies will be launching new products. Curry Cuisine, of Wakefield, will be introducing its new luxury mango chutney, infused with saffron and freshly roasted spices.

Bedazzled Cupcakes, of Rotherham, will sell its handmade cupcakes specially decorated for Easter and The Chilli Jam Man, of Leeds, will showcase a chilli chocolate orange jam based on the Mexican sauce, Mole Poblano.
