PAVILIONS of Harrogate has been short-listed in three categories in the 2010 Harrogate Hospitality and Tourism Awards.
The awards, the winners of which will be announced at a ceremony next month, are organised by Destination Harrogate.
They aim to celebrate and reward those who help to represent Harrogate as one of the country’s best destinations for business and leisure tourism. Pavilions of Harrogate’s nominations are in the Team Of The Year category, for which it was also short-listed last year, the Outstanding Customer Service award, and the venue’s chef, Ian King, has been nominated as Chef Of The Year.
Robert Whiteley, general manager of Pavilions of Harrogate, said: “Being short-listed as Team Of The Year two years running is an achievement in itself, but to be up for three awards is fabulous and I am extremely proud.”
Pavilions of Harrogate is part of Yorkshire Event Centre Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Yorkshire Agricultural Society.
