YORK-based GO-SIM has bought a business in the United States just one month after acquiring a UK business.
And the international prepay SIM card business, based at York Business Park, has more offers in the pipeline.
The company bought Oneroam Communications of Miami, Florida for an undisclosed sum after buying Oneroam UK, based in Hampshire, in April.
GO-SIM’s chief executive David Agar is already looking for further opportunities to expand.
He said: “We've also had some interesting calls from other competitors, and I hope to be able to announce more exciting news soon.
"Americans are increasingly becoming aware of the high cost of roaming. This latest acquisition provides a further boost to GO-SIM's US customer base and will accelerate the company's ambitious strategy for growth in the States."
