MORE than 30 exhibitors will converge on Carlton Towers, near Selby, on June 8 for the Selby Business Show, organised by the Selby Chamber.
The response has exceeded last year’s, which was when the show was first launched, and Katy Johnson, of the Selby Chamber, said: “It has been a sell-out on stalls and we have had enough inquiries to have taken on another ten, but we just did not have the space.”
It augurs well for a good public response to the free event. Last year more than 200 business delegates and others turned up.
Among the exhibitors will be accountants, solicitors, graphic designers, estate agents, security firms, printers and suppliers.
Business Link Yorkshire, one of the event’s sponsors, will be on hand to give business advice, the HMRC tax experts will be available to give free tips, as will trading standards inspectors.
The event lasts from 10am to 5pm.
