LAW firm Dickinson Dees has promoted Claire Brook to partner at its Yorkshire office in York.
Claire, who joined the firm as senior counsel in 2009, will take up a role as partner and head of the planning team this month.

Claire’s promotion reflects her excellent contribution to the future development of the firm and our commitment to the long-term growth of Dickinson Dees.
“Claire’s invaluable and highly regarded experience in the waste and energy sectors will bolster the planning department as it looks to further strengthen its already renowned position in the marketplace.”
Claire Brook’s promotion forms part of the firm’s new strategy for growth which was recently announced to the business following a period of consultation within the partnership.
Other promotions at the York office are Kate Buckham (pensions), Andrew Farquharson, (agriculture) and Alistair Scott-Somers (corporate). All three become directors.
