SHEPHERD Construction has won a £17 million design and build contract for a new hall of residence at the University of Warwick.
It will start work next month on the 500 student bedrooms, resident warden’s house, deputy warden flat and 11 residential tutors’ flats, together with associated service and amenity areas.
The York-based construction group is also building student accommodation at Arch Bar and Marlborough Street in Manchester, and a new research facility on behalf of the University of Liverpool, as well as the library refurbishment for the University of York.
