A FORMER secretary at York law firm Denison Till has qualified as a legal executive.
Tina Langton, who joined Denison Till nine years ago as a secretary in the construction department, led by partner Gareth Hevey, has completed her examinations to become a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives and one of the firm’s fee earners.
Alistair Duncan, Denison Till’s managing partner, said: “Ever since Denison Till became the first law firm in York to gain Investors In People accreditation ten years ago, we have done our best to give all staff the best possible career progression opportunities and are delighted that Tina has succeeded in transferring from an important administrative role to that of a fee earner.”
Denison Till, which supports business and private clients, is recommended for excellence in independent legal directories. The firm’s employment department is complemented by Denison Till HR & Training Ltd, which supports human resources and training needs in businesses throughout the region.
