MOSAIC Print Management, based in Long Marston, near York, has acquired two marketing and creative agencies.
Mosaic PM, a £23 million-turnover business which employs more than 100 people in York and Plymouth, has bought direct marketing agency DMS and creative agency united, both formerly part of the Shipley-based Involve Marketing Partnership.
The agencies, which have been bought with no bank intervention, will remain independent.
Tony Gill, chief executive of Mosaic PM, said: “We are entrepreneurs at heart and enjoy the challenge of building and leading teams of talented people to drive growth through strong thinking, creativity and customer delivery – something these two agencies already excel at.
This acquisition will complement both agencies’ offerings, giving current and prospective clients a complete integrated marketing service, from planning to execution. We are in this for the long term and look forward to making the agencies an even greater success.”
