A deputy manager at Meadowbeck Care Home in Osbaldwick has received a 30 Year Service Award to mark working at Barchester Healthcare for all that time.
Helen Lea started at Barchester in September 1994, working with residents and their relatives to ensure their needs are met.
Adele Keenan, employee services director at Barchester, said: “I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted Helen has achieved this milestone.
"It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live.”

Meadowbeck care home is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers. Meadowbeck provides residential care, nursing care and dementia care for 60 residents from respite care to long term stays.
