EVER controversial Scottish joker Jerry Sadowitz shows no sign of mellowing as he announces he will be playing an adults-only gig at the Grand Opera House, York, on Tuesday, November 1, at 8pm.
Billed as “Comedian, Magician, Psychopath”, the Glaswegian Jewish entertainer promises to “reduce the contents of your wallet, stir up s*** about people the performer hasn’t even met and raise money for the starving people of Israel!!!” Those exclamation marks are his, by the way.
“There’s also a special guest appearance of Ban Ki-moon (maybe), King George VI’s secret Tourette’s syndrome-suffering twin brother Reg (definitely) and ‘Mister Bunny!’ (probably),” Sadowitz adds. “Even angels will fall!!”
Tickets for fallen angels or devils or anyone aged 18-plus cost £19 on 0844 871 3024 or grandoperahouseyork.org.uk
