TEN York Crafters are holding their Mainly Rag Rugs exhibition at York Cemetery Chapel for a fifth time until June 13.
Members display and sell their work in the chapel every three years and their latest show includes wall hangings, baskets, prints, knitting, spinning and pyrography, as well as rag rugs.
Throughout the exhibition, members will be on hand to demonstrate their craft and to teach anyone keen to have a go at rag rug-making. Materials will be on sale.
“All rag rug makers are welcome to come and work with us in groups or singly,” says member Louisa Creed.
School parties are welcome by appointment on 01904 624272 or 630055.
Opening hours are 10am to 4pm daily; entrance is free.
