HARROGATE Symphony Orchestra’s spring concert will have a South American flavour thanks to a collaboration with the INCA music group This song-and-dance event on March 23 at the Harrogate Royal Hall will take a musical journey through native folk music.
The concert will be preceded by a children’s workshop event with INCA, whose members will be hotfooting it from Abbey Road studios, where they record scores for films and television series.
• Please note, the start time of the evening performance is being brought forward to 7pm so that the workshop participants can perform pieces they have learned on native South American instruments.
Concert tickets are on sale on 01423 502116; 11 to 18 year olds will be admitted for half price; under 11s for free.
