THE Phantom Band’s alliteratively named front-man, Rick Redbeard, brings his charming folk musings to the Basement at City Screen, York, on March 21, the closing night of his first full-blast solo tour.
He leads his Glasgow indie-rock band as Rick Anthony, but in January he released his debut solo album under his Redbeard alias.
This tour gives those outside Scotland a chance to witness Redbeard live for the first time (0871 902 5726).
