SEVENTIES retro rock’n’rollers Showaddywaddy have booked a return visit to York Barbican on December 19.
The Leicester veterans, who have celebrated their 40th anniversary, played the Barbican last November when they immodestly called themselves “The Greatest Rock & Roll Band in the World”.
They have notched up 20 million record sales to back that claim with such hits as Hey Rock And Roll, Three Steps To Heaven, Heartbeat, Under The Moon Of Love, When, I Wonder Why and Pretty Little Angel Eyes.
• Tickets cost £18 on 0844 854 2757 or at yorkbarbican.co.uk
