Prima Vocal Ensemble present Talkin’ bout My Generation, St Michael le Belfrey, York, March 29
PRIMA Vocal Ensemble present the spring premiere of their new show, Talkin’ bout My Generation, on Saturday at St Michael le Belfrey, York, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
The 100-strong York community choir will be performing music from the past six decades by Otis Redding, The Who, Marvin Gaye, Santana, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Bon Jovi, Beyonce and Alicia Keys in unique arrangements by director Ewa Salecka-Birch to the piano accompaniment of Greg Birch.
Tickets for a show with the emphasis on harmonies cost £10 on 01904 623568, online at yorktheatreroyal.co.uk or on the door from 7pm. Refreshments will be available in the interval.
