The Old Courthouse, Thirsk, turns th e spotlight on acoustic acts tomorrow when Beccy Owen, Alice & The Majesty and Serious Sam Barrett fill the 7.30pm bill.
Barrett is from Skipton and his lyrics plant him firmly in the Dales, but his blues sound hails more from North America.
Alice & The Majesty draw on travels to Asia and the American Deep South, while piano-playing Beccy Owen conjures up the euphoric highs and crashing lows of life in song.
Tickets cost £10 from White Rose Books, in Thirsk Market Place, or on 01845 595152.
