RYEDALE impresario Simon Thackray has an announcement to make.
“Like my plane from Toulouse, the Snake Davis Shed 19th Birthday flight is now full. Fasten seat belts for take off!” he says.
Saxophonist Snake will be upping the tempo at Hovingham Village Hall, near York, tomorrow at 8pm. “Please note: this is a standing gig to make way for dancing. We’ll get you a chair if you’re disabled or have difficulty standing,” says Simon.
Snake’s sax services have been in demand from the likes of Paul McCartney, Tina Turner, Kylie Minogue, Take That, Eurythmics, M People and Lisa Stansfield.
Doors and bar open at 7pm for tomorrow’s birthday party.
