Simon Cowell has reportedly found himself in trouble with the police over bringing his dogs to the beach in Miami.
The new dad was on a family day out with girlfriend Lauren Silverman and their baby son Eric, and decided to bring his Yorkshire terriers Squiddly and Diddly with him.
But according to the Daily Mirror, when X Factor boss Simon decided to take the dogs for a stroll down the beach, he was given a written warning by a police officer for taking his pooches into a pet-free zone - which meant he got off lightly, as the usual penalty is a 200 dollar fine.
Multi millionaire Simon reportedly looked relieved not to be fined and promised not to do it again, getting back to relaxing with his new family on their 10-day holiday in Miami.
Squiddly and Diddly looked to have taken a shine to baby Eric as they were snapped licking his face at one point.
Dog lover Simon, 54, apparently called in the services of an expert to make sure his pets didn't feel left out by the arrival of Eric.
