THE Harmonia Choir, a 50-strong allfemale community choir from Malton, will be singing at the Kirk Theatre, Pickering, on Saturday in a concert to raise funds for the choir and the theatre.
Ably led by their musical director Alison Davis, the choir predominantly sing in three or four parts, and perform a wide range of material from pop, gospel, choral, jazz and everything in-between.
The funds raised will help the choir attend and take part in the Eskdale Festival in April, and will also help towards their new keyboard.
Tickets are available from the Kirk Theatre Box office 01751 474833 and Television House, in Pickering, and cost £6, the show starts at 7.30pm with Doors open from 7pm.
Kirk Theatre is currently looking for volunteers to help with the shows; whether as a budding performer or helping back stage or fundraising everyone will be welcome, contact info.pickeringmusicalsociety@gmail.com
