OLIVIER Award-winning actress Tracie Bennett is joining the WestEnders musical theatre company line-up for The West Enders with Tracie Bennett at the Grand Opera House, York, on April 18.
Tracie, who has appeared in Coronation Street and such shows as End Of The Rainbow and Hairspray, will be taking on the role of Judy Garland in the 7.30pm performance.
The WestEnders’ gala concert also will celebrate the music of Les Miserables, The Lion King, The Phantom Of The Opera and Miss Saigon in arrangements by conductor Jae Alexander, performed by a seven-piece band.
