Direct from the Edinburgh Fringe, after playing to 250,000 people Down Under, Busting Out is a show in the vein of Vagina Monologues, Hot Flush, Calendar Girls and Mum’s The Word.
“No matter what your age, shape or size – or gender! – you’re in for a riotous night that will release all your inhibitions,” say sassy songstress Emma Powell and comedian Bev Killick, the bosom buddies, who front an evening that is part musical, part stand-up, part cabaret.
Be warned, there will be a little bit of “nudeness” on stage. “But let’s face it, we’re all naked under our clothes, aren’t we, and it will, after all, just add to the joy of the occasion,” promise Emma and Bev.
