GOODWIN Stephen Margaret and Alan would like to thank family, friends and neighbours, old and new, for their cards and flowers, York and Leeds Hospitals and Hospice for Stephen's care and Tracy, the Macmillan Nurse. Thanks to Mr Robert Livesey and Co-operative Funeralcare for the comforting service and for generous donations totalling £310.65 for York Against Cancer.
