smith John Brenda would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for all their help, letters, cards, flowers and kind thoughts. Many thanks to Mr Sui Ling at Bexley Unit, Leeds, Dr K Last and all his wonderful staff, the Chemo staff, Macmillan Nurses also Nicki and Julie at York. Drs and staff at Cherry Street Surgery, the Chemist and young John the delivery lad at Bishopthorpe Road. St Leonards Hospice for their tender loving care on John's last few days, all the Drs, nurses and staff involved. Chapman & Medd, Funeral Directors for their efficiency and care. Robert Livsey, Funeral Celebrant, for the special service. St Clements Club for their hospitality and funeral buffet, also special thanks to Albo for arranging it all for me. We were able to donate £500 to St Leonards Hospice. Once again sincerely, many more thanks.
